Program name

The Family Word transactional and account messaging.

Sender identity

Messages are sent by UpfrontOps LLC, dba The Family Word, via Twilio.

You opt in by checking the SMS box at checkout, by joining the waitlist with SMS opt-in, or by replying YES to a START prompt. Consent to receive text messages is not required to buy the kit.

Message types

We send order confirmations, shipping updates, hotline-routing health notices, and important account changes.

Message frequency

Recurring messages, typically 2 to 6 per month, with more around the initial order and shipping window.

Carriers

Works on all major US carriers.

STOP

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a single confirmation and then no further messages.

HELP

Reply HELP for contact information.

Msg and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We will not share, sell, or rent your mobile number to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

US phone numbers, 18 and over.
